The Purist Villas & Spa Ubud

They offer exceptional hospitality, surpassing even major hotels, and treat you with the warmth of family. When I fell ill due to the temperature change, they made me congee even though it wasn't on the menu (it wasn't Balinese bellies). Because they have a small number of rooms, the staff pays meticulous attention to each guest. ✨ I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking heartfelt hospitality. 🩷

A wonderful hotel. The room is spacious, with a cozy balcony and ample walk-in closet. The service is top-notch. The staff is very friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, à la carte, but the selection is extensive. Complimentary tea and snacks are provided daily (see photo for an example). Every detail was thought of. We attended a yoga class, and the instructor was excellent. I want to return and will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

It's a very good establishment. I stayed in Villa Jungel, which was a bit dated. The villa has very poor soundproofing. The hotel is far from the city center; there's a shuttle five times a day, otherwise you have to take a Grab scooter (€1) because the traffic is terrible. There's a laundromat 10 meters away (10,000 rupiah per kilo, washed and ironed).

The hotel is wonderful! The staff is very friendly, the breakfasts are beyond praise, in the morning you can go to yoga if you sign up in advance (it is paid). The villas are very stylish in a modern design with a Balinese touch. Upon arrival, they brewed tea with honey for us - it was a pleasant impression that they were waiting for us) There are not many villas in the hotel, not many people, you feel privacy. The pools are good. I recommend choosing villas on the second floor - for us on the first floor it was a little dark. We checked in late, which is why we did not understand this at first, but in the morning when we contacted the reception, we were given the opportunity to move to a villa on the second floor. The only thing that could be improved is the sun loungers (both in the villas and by the pool), they are already tired 🙂 Otherwise, we recommend the hotel 100% - staying in it, you will be imbued with Ubud)
