The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of a bustling tourist area. It's incredibly close to the Cathedral, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Train Street. Plus, there are numerous highly-rated restaurants nearby offering French-Vietnamese fusion, sticky rice, pho, coffee, desserts, and banh mi – super convenient!
While the rooms aren't large, they are beautifully and tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. I stayed in a duplex room, which featured two small balconies. I even brought my own drying line, which was handy for hanging clothes.
The staff all speak English, so communication was seamless. I was also granted a one-hour late checkout. Given the hot weather, drinking water was readily available daily, with unlimited refills whenever requested.
I really enjoyed the restaurant on the ninth floor; it had a great ambiance and delicious food. Their daily noodle soup was a must-try for me. Here, I had the best pineapple and jackfruit I've ever tasted.
Evenings were lovely, enjoying the night view and a cool breeze from the 10th floor. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I get the chance.
For reference, three of us stayed for four nights, and the total cost was just over 6,700 (including taxes, an extra bed, and breakfast).
