RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain

The guy who checked us in was not good. Little things add up, and (for example) the wifi password would have come in handy. Our room had two TVs, but only one remote. And we would have benefitted considerably from a fireplace tutorial. There was a young lady at the desk later in the week who was great, by the way. Also- we were there during a week that the town of Lincoln is largely “closed for business”. I understand why the hotel might not want to share that info, but we paid peak prices during an off-peak week. Beautiful place, but next time I’ll stay somewhere less pricey.

Hotel is beautiful and clean;However, a bat time of the year to go. Nothing is open. The only complaint about the hotel is the finishing of the pool. it's horrible, the way it was built is unsafe, the bottom and the walls of it are terrible the finishing of them are so rough as a sand paper. I scratch myself with it and my son too. The hotel is pretty new.

The whole facility was way beyond our expectations. The pools the suite , the bedding , everything was the best!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for toothpaste and they send it to our room fast. Everything was nice and clean, the room was beautiful and good view to the mountain. It was so quiet and the bathroom was fantastic.

Rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool was amazing! Loved that there were restaurants, a spa and a winery on site. We will definitely be coming back. Perfect for families!

We had a wonderful night at the Riverwalk, beautiful room and the amenities were awesome.

Great location and friendly staff. We went with a suite that had a complete kitchen. Easy location to get to loon and shuttle to mountain was great. Bar on site with good food. Would stay again

The room was great, full size kitchen and kitchenware available. The heated pool was clean and warm inside and out. The restaurants in the hotel had great service and delicious options. A great place for families with many activities for kids including a game room. Highly recommend :)
