Located at university so it’s a unique edge that you can walk around campus anytime. Btw, the campus is not open to public now. As a person who graduated from the university 20+ years ago, it’s important for me to stay in the campus and feel the vibe. The service was great. Breakfast always included some special Xiamen cuisine. The only inconvenience was that the hotel doesn’t have any laundry amenity. It would make the stay better if there were self help washing machine.

房間衞生還算乾淨，最大的優點是鬧中取靜，進出廈大非常之方便，第二天早上退房的前台小姐姐非常熱情。去周邊景點也非常方便。

就酒店來説整體還不錯，前台服務態度好，保潔阿姨叔叔碰到也會問好，贈送茶包咖啡包和一小盒巧克力和大學地圖，早餐也還行有白粥小米粥麪線糊現煮粉湯，煎蛋茶葉蛋玉米紅薯。。。紅茶咖啡酸奶水果。。。五月三日一千貴了點但能進廈門大學參觀離附近的景點也近。廈門大學的食堂好像不對外開放，我們進勤業餐廳三樓才是給遊客吃的自助餐午餐一人四十。

位於廈門大學內，環境就不説了，位置十分便捷，免去第二天入園繁瑣手續，酒店工作人員會提前溝通入園的注意事項，並幫忙辦理入園手續，十分熱情。唯一遺憾的就是早餐稍微簡單了一些！希望能夠改進！

衞生：非常好，並不想評論區某些人説的就是一個招待所的感覺
環境：超級無敵安靜，住過最安靜的酒店了沒有之一！房間裝修不算豪華但很精緻舒適長在了我的審美上！
服務：前台小姐姐和所有工作人員都非常細心和熱情，帶着小孩拖鞋行李不方便還專門到學校門口接我！特別提醒一下，打車過去要問清路線，廈門大學很多個校門，要到南普陀這邊這個校門口進去步行幾分鐘就到林梧桐樓了！住在林梧桐裏感覺空氣都是書卷氣息！住在林梧桐裏進出大學都非常方便直接刷臉就行了，校園環境和建築也值得欣賞！特別説明一下，廈門大學兩塊錢一個的豆沙包真的很好吃！

酒店在校內，到達很麻煩，需要經過多次步梯樓梯，不建議帶行李箱或行動不便的人入住。挺舊，衞生不好，到處是老灰，早餐極簡，服務很官僚，典型的學校招待所風格，多次要發票也沒收到，這個價格一多半是付給進廈大校門費的。窗外並沒什麼風景，樓棟合圍在一起，局裡對面窗户很近，基本需要一直拉着窗簾。半夜還有人討論問題和鳥叫，窗户隔音差，很吵。
