Great hotel, nice view, friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. A bit far from downtown Seoul but we knew that. Overall we had an amazing stay in their premium family suite.

The room heating couldn't be turned down, it was too hot. The front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't speak English.

The family suite was so roomy and clean, warm and had everything we need for our winter stay in Goyang. It is next to a subway stop so has a lot of convenience with coffee shops and restaurants, as well as an airport shuttle bus for additional convenience. We tried the breakfast at the steak restaurant upstairs and it was ok - nice to have for convenience but nothing notable for the spread. C

Close to a subway station- great location. The hinoki bathtub was impressive & a few good restaurants near by.
