The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong

Had a wonderful experience. The high-floor view was breathtaking, and the staff provided excellent service. Most of my requests made in advance were also well accommodated. I will definitely choose to stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong again next time I visit.

Located on the 106th floor, the room was spacious and comfortable with unbeatable ocean views, and the service was attentive. The Ctrip package was a great deal, and we enjoyed a complimentary room upgrade, dining credits, and a late check-out. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, within walking distance to the Airport Express Kowloon Station and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station.

Impeccable! From the lobby to check-in, and I was even lucky enough to get a room upgrade! This is the best hotel I've stayed at in years. Although the price isn't the cheapest, it is definitely worth every penny! Plus, it's super convenient to get anywhere. The staff and facilities are extremely professional and comprehensive! Honestly, this is well worth recommending if you want to experience what a top-tier luxury hotel is like. Even though I stayed alone this time, I'd highly recommend it for couples with a generous budget! If my budget allows next time, this place will definitely be my top choice. It feels like the Ritz-Carlton in Hong Kong is just phenomenal, absolutely loved it 😍

We originally booked a Deluxe King Room, but the front desk upgraded us to a Harbour View King Room. The view was top-notch and definitely worth praising. However, the front desk staff could use some training. While waiting for our room, a staff member came over to greet us and actually asked who between me and the other guest had arrived first. How on earth would I know? There wasn't even a designated queue area at the front desk, so we just followed the guest in front of us. The staff member's questioning skills were truly baffling.

Gorgeous high-altitude views overlooking Victoria Harbour at night. The executive lounge is fantastic, and the hotel's own two-Michelin-starred restaurant, Tin Lung Heen, offers exceptionally attentive service. The $100 USD credit is a great deal.

The food was mediocre, and the Chinese language service needs to be improved—they could learn a thing or two from the nearby W Hotel.

It truly lives up to its reputation as one of the best 5-star luxury hotels in Hong Kong. From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. As soon as I arrived, a bellhop took my luggage and delivered it straight to my room—tipping is recommended, of course, so I gave HKD 20. Having lived abroad for a long time, I've made tipping a habit as a way to acknowledge great service. Every time I went in or out, staff were there to hold the doors, press the elevator buttons, and greet me. The room was spotlessly clean. After a 10+ hour flight, I took a shower and rested a bit after checking in, then headed out in the evening for dinner and shopping. When I returned, the room had been turned down immaculately, with the bottled water restocked, plus a very thoughtful welcome amenity of fresh fruit and chocolates. The room view was unbeatable. The breakfast didn't blow me away—it was pretty standard—but sitting by the window, eating while enjoying the view was fantastic!
