Excellent, the staff are all very nice! You absolutely must try the hotel's massage; it's affordable, safe, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is also good. The owner is very enthusiastic too! The pictures were taken at the outdoor pool on the 5th floor; the hotel's ambiance is truly Thai. The location is also good, about a ten-minute walk to 7-Eleven. Room service is very responsive. The Ctrip 24-hour customer service is also very convenient for handling and solving problems! Very good! Very satisfied 👍

I really liked this hotel, especially the massage. 1200 Thai Baht for a two-hour spa session was pure bliss. It's also a decent distance from 7-Eleven, not too far. Nice!

The hotel is exquisite and offers great value for money. The owner is very welcoming, greeting everyone individually at breakfast. They also pre-arranged the appropriate room type based on our group's configuration and even made up the sofa bed for the children. The dining environment and infinity pool are also fantastic.

Every staff member at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was also quite good, with authentic Thai flavors. It was a wonderful trip.

The hotel is about a 1 hour and 40-minute drive from the airport and a 10-minute walk to Karon Beach. It's situated on a small hill, with local restaurants, massage shops, and convenience stores nearby. The room and bed are quite large, and the decor's color scheme is very comfortable. The balcony offers views of a nearby resort, and the rooftop pool provides distant views of the beach. Breakfast options are limited, but the made-to-order omelets and scrambled eggs are good, as are the Thai congee, soups, and fresh fruit. I highly recommend Saneha Spa, the hotel's massage parlor, with prices starting from 390 Baht. The ambiance is elegant, the therapists are skilled, and the service is excellent. They also accept card payments.

Excellent! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We brought our child to Phuket and I started planning months in advance. For the first few days of our trip, our main focus was sightseeing, so we needed a hotel near Karon that was quiet, clean, refined, and safe. This hotel, being one of the top three in Karon on Tripadvisor and with almost no negative reviews on Ctrip, truly lived up to its price. I booked around Labor Day and immediately emailed the hotel requesting the highest possible floor. They actually delivered, giving us a room on the top floor directly facing the ocean. There's a 24-hour pool on the rooftop, and a small hydrotherapy pool in the ground-floor garden that opens after 4 PM. Overall, we had a wonderful time during our first four nights here. If your main goal is to be out and about during the day and you're considering the Karon area, this hotel is definitely worth recommending.

I want to give a special shout-out to the excellent service provided by the entire resort! It was absolutely superb! We didn't have to worry about a thing; every staff member was incredibly polite. Several front desk staff were particularly warm, helpful, and responsible. We arrived quite early, dropped off our luggage, and went out. When we returned around 3 PM, our bags had already been placed in our room. The room itself was beautiful, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was surprisingly not humid, which is rare for a beachfront location. I also felt the water quality was quite good, so there's no need to worry – I didn't even use the filter I brought since it was a fixed overhead shower. The rooftop pool is also stunning, and the restaurant service and food were generally good. The only minor issue was that our clothes didn't dry well after washing, but the hotel offers a laundry service, and the laundry products smelled amazing – I'd love to know what brand they use! I especially want to thank Eric and Andrew for their incredible patience and meticulousness in handling an unexpected situation. Although the process was a bit convoluted and took some time, it was ultimately resolved perfectly. I have full confidence that Eric and his team will handle every issue professionally. I highly recommend everyone stay here!!! Thank you, Eric, I’ll be back!

The hotel has a strong Southeast Asian vibe. We arrived very late, but the service was still exceptional. The staff didn't speak Chinese, but they patiently used a translator to communicate and went above and beyond to help solve our issues. It was a heartwarming experience, highly recommended.
