The staff are very nice, the food is good, and the location is perfect. However, I was shocked to find 4–5 bed bugs crawling on my pillow when I woke up at 4 a.m. Both my friend and I were bitten, with itchy marks all over our hands and ankles that lasted for the next two weeks. We even had to visit a pharmacy the following day. We checked out early in the morning and informed the staff about the bed bugs, but nothing was done, they just expressed sorry for us. They seriously need to carry out deep cleaning of the rooms after guests leave. Overall, a very unforgettable experience.

The hotel/guest house is located in a remote area of Snaefellsnes Peninsula. But it offers excellent services despite the limited conditions. Room is spacious. Staff is friendly. The restaurant environment and food/breakfast are very good.

Everything was great about this place. The staff was very friendly and nice. The room was extremely clean with everything. The shower was wonderful with very hot water. The breakfast included was superb. And we got to see the Northern Lights.

The floor is warm, even though there are strong winds at night in the area, there is no one talking around. The sound of the wind is like natural white noise, and there are mini bar drinks, tea, and coffee included in the accommodation price. The service staff are very good, and the environment is very quiet except for natural factors. It is bright and clean, and the air is not cold at all

Small hotel, but good stay. The rooms were totally fine, tv and wlan if needed. The hotel offers lunch and dinner, a small menu but ok. Breakfast was included and good, had all we needed. Thanks for the stay
