HOMM Laguna Phuket – Comfort, Luxury, and a Perfect Location The rooms are spacious (65 sqm) and fully equipped with everything you need, including a kitchen, which is very convenient for preparing your own meals. My room offered a beautiful view of the golf course from the window – a delight every morning. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff are polite and very attentive to guests. The location within the Laguna area is one of the best in Phuket: all necessary amenities are nearby – shops, pharmacies, cafes, and restaurants – all within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel shuttle will take you around the Laguna complex. On weekends (Saturday–Sunday), a night market with food opens nearby – it's atmospheric and delicious. An ideal place for a comfortable family vacation with a high level of service.

This was a great vacation with some areas for the hotel to improve upon. This is our second time returning here. We stayed at Homm Suites Laguna from September 6, 2026, for 6 nights. Despite a few minor issues, the overall impression was very positive. We love this place and will definitely return, but we want to draw management's attention to staff performance. We booked a Premier Boutique Suite with a golf course view (65 sq.m). Upon check-in, the ladies at the front desk smiled and said we had received a room upgrade. We were pleasantly surprised and happy, of course. However, once we entered the room, we realized it was the exact room we had originally paid for. We have no complaints about the room itself – it's beautiful, spacious, and met all our expectations. But it left us wondering: why the misleading information at check-in? It was a bit puzzling. Furthermore, the same front desk shift disappointed us with a more serious issue. When other guests started rudely violating pool rules, the front desk staff did not react to our complaint, simply stating that "everything is fine." Meanwhile, the rules are clearly posted by the pool in three languages. Hotel staff should know these rules and enforce them for the comfort of all guests. On the other hand, we must give a special shout-out to the Instagram manager – they are absolutely fantastic! As soon as we contacted them, the issue was resolved instantly. A huge thank you for such promptness and customer focus! We strongly urge management to work with the on-site staff so they can quickly resolve basic conflict situations instead of brushing guests off. Big positives that make us want to return: Welcoming staff / Security: The gentlemen at the entrance who help with luggage are beyond praise. Always vigilant, incredibly polite, and ready to assist instantly. Breakfasts and restaurant: Exceeded all expectations! The à la carte menu spans two pages, with a huge and diverse selection of dishes. Additionally, there's an excellent dedicated buffet area where you can pick up snacks. Restaurant staff: The waiters are amazing – very friendly, attentive, and create a wonderful mood right from the morning. So, the hotel maintains high standards in many aspects, and we will definitely come back for a third time. We hope that by our next visit, the coordination between hotel services will be even more perfect!

The house exceeded my expectations. I really loved it – spacious, great views, and excellent service. The breakfast was also quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. It was so much better than I anticipated, and incredibly good value for money.

The hotel is a bit old, and the bathroom drain was a little clogged. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited. Interestingly, there was always the same gecko waiting on top of the door frame in my room every day. They might consider converting some rooms into family rooms to accommodate families better. Overall, I was satisfied.

An interesting experience staying at a hotel with direct access to the golf course. It's beautiful and respectable, but a bit boring 🙂. The room is good and spacious, and the breakfasts are decent.

Wonderful hotel with golf course views. My eyes and body felt 100% relaxed. The rooms are spacious, which is rare to find in Thailand. I took a Muay Thai lesson right at the hotel and really enjoyed it. There are various activities available for an extra fee, from yoga to t-shirt painting. It's very comfortable for families with children. There's a water slide, a kids' club, a good outdoor playground, and giant chess. The staff are very friendly, and room cleaning is excellent. Breakfasts are delicious. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Not extremely varied, but there's enough of everything. The à la carte restaurant food is also excellent! We stayed for a week, then went to Kata, and after two days, we came back here again. The contrast was just too big 😅. Here it's calm, quiet, and unhurried. There, it was construction, noise, and crowds.

I stayed here in 2023, and three years later, it's still as good as I remember. The price is excellent, and the room is very spacious. It's perfect for a family of three or four; it never feels cramped. Highly recommended for family trips.

The design is a bit dated, but the rooms are well-maintained. They're constantly renovating and improving, so it's a bit of a hit or miss. The cleaning is okay, but everything feels old... just a bit [uncomfortable/run down - depending on context]. The environment is good, though. The service is super good; the front desk even showed us the common area before checking into our room because we were dusty from travel with two mischievous kids. They were so patient, really excellent!

The room was spacious, and the kitchen facilities were ample, making it very suitable for families with children. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The Laguna community itself felt safe and clean. On the downside, the hotel's hygiene could be improved, and the swimming pool could also benefit from more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the community shuttle service wasn't very convenient; it didn't run at all times, and the hotel is a bit of a distance from the beach and supermarket, which would be quite inconvenient for walking if the weather was bad.
