Alaya Resort Ubud

The hotel's biggest advantage is its location – quiet yet central. The famous Pison is just 5 meters away, and guests even get a discount. Every staff member is just the right amount of friendly, which makes you feel very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. If I had to pick a flaw, I'd say the pool is a little on the small side.

This was a very satisfying hotel, truly the best in every aspect. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent. The service was also very friendly.

The location is excellent; a small path next to it leads directly to the back entrance of Yogabarn, and the popular Pison restaurant is right next door. Ubud's bustling shopping street is also nearby. If you're looking for plenty of activities, this is a top choice. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel's toiletries—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—smelled wonderful, and I even bought a set before leaving. Unfortunately, the lotion was out of stock. My question now is: How can I purchase it, and can it be shipped domestically? How can I contact you?

The room was great, very quiet, and the service was excellent. The breakfast is an absolute must-try!!! You can order as much as you want, it's incredibly delicious, and beautifully presented!!! The location is excellent. It's a 7-minute walk to the Monkey Forest, and about a 20-minute stroll to the Palace and market. The famous 'Dirty Duck Diner' is right outside the hotel, and hotel guests even get a 10% discount. The popular pork ribs place is 5-6 minutes away, but it wasn't very good. There's a large supermarket nearby, perfect for picking up some souvenirs. It's also very close to where you can go ATV riding.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel grounds are beautiful with an exotic vibe, making you feel refreshed and relaxed. There are also great restaurants nearby, so dining is very convenient. The hotel even has a sister property just a short distance away, which also boasts a lovely environment. The front desk staff kindly showed us both locations and let us choose where to stay. We ended up picking the older one because the surrounding scenery was more beautiful, and the pool was larger and more convenient. However, the new property had bigger and more luxurious rooms. It was actually a really tough choice, haha! The small cookies on the shuttle bus were delicious too! Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich, offering both à la carte and buffet options, and it was all very tasty! Complimentary afternoon tea for two: The afternoon tea included three small desserts and a choice of tea, coffee, or other beverages. Complimentary minibar: The drinks were great, with orange juice, Coke, and Sprite – a good selection.
