The location speaks for itself—a prime scenic spot! The room was amazing! The service was truly exceptional, thoughtful, proactive, and attentive! Special recognition goes to Dawson Tang, the front office duty manager who assisted us! Since I was traveling with a child, the hotel's standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, I had an important commitment in the afternoon and urgently needed to check in early. Understanding the situation, Dawson immediately coordinated with the housekeeping department to prioritize room cleaning and personally went to inspect the room. By the time I arrived, check-in was ready, and we even found a special surprise prepared for my child in the room. It was so heartwarming! Dawson simply asked about my afternoon schedule and anticipated that we might miss dinner. He thoughtfully arranged access to the executive lounge afternoon tea for us. Such attentive service was truly touching! We learned after checking in that hundreds of foreign tourists were checking in and out during the day, meaning the staff had to put in an immense amount of extra effort and energy to get our room ready on time. Despite such a busy period, Dawson didn't overlook our needs and still went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued! When I visit Shanghai again, Hyatt On The Bund will be my top choice! Truly incredible value for money! No more words, time for photos! The view from the room matched my mood—stunningly beautiful, even with a typhoon passing through!

I stayed at the Hyatt on the Bund, Shanghai with my guests over the past few days. The environment is lovely, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The young ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming, and even asked about our preferences prior to check-in. Tang made thoughtful arrangements tailored to our needs since we were traveling with a child, which made us extremely happy. Thank you so much to all the staff, and we will definitely come back next time. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

Had a wonderful check-in experience and I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you to Lorna for the thoughtful arrangements. I loved the room—it was spotlessly clean and tidy. The view was gorgeous with an amazing line of sight, even catching a glimpse of the Oriental Pearl Tower. The location is fantastic, just about a 10-minute walk downstairs to the North Bund, with shopping malls and a metro station nearby, making getting around very convenient. Highly recommended, and it will definitely be my top choice next time I'm back!

I booked a Bund-view room through the platform. I originally thought I'd only get a partial view, but the moment I opened the door, I was blown away by the scenery. The floor-to-ceiling windows look right out over the Huangpu River, offering breathtaking, panoramic views of both the Bund and Pudong skylines. The room was spacious, bright, well-laid-out, and featured comfortable bedding. Because my travel plans ended early, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM on the day of check-in, and the staff graciously checked me in right away—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d love to bring my family here next time. My only minor regret was the breakfast; while there was plenty of variety, the food quality missed the mark. The selection of green salads was quite limited, and the hot dishes in particular were underwhelming. I hope to see some improvements by the time I stay again.
