Praso Residence

It was a nice stay the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not sure what makes it luxurious or a boutique style. A few of the smaller details were missing for a luxurious stay. No coffee or spoons. There was only one bin and no bottled water on the first day. But they were provided for subsequent days. TV was nice. The furnishings were all reasonable. The hotel was undergoing a renovation while we were staying so it wasn't entirely quiet. All in all, it was a good stay near to everything we wanted and it was a pleasant stay. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally positive experience, though there was one significant issue that affected my stay. The Highlights: • The Rooms: Honestly, the rooms are fantastic. They are huge and spacious, feeling more like a condo apartment than a standard hotel room. Everything was in great condition, the bed was comfortable, and I have zero complaints about the facilities. • Amenities & Cleanliness: The room was clean, and I appreciated the complimentary water provided upon arrival. A very nice touch. • Location: The location is quite good. While it’s not right in the "center" of everything, it’s a nice area and only a few minutes' walk from the Blue Line Metro, making it very easy to get around. The Downside: The only thing that really bothered me was the noise level in the mornings. The cleaning staff can be quite loud in the hallways. Most frustratingly, if you forget to put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign, they will knock on the door early in the morning and wake you up. This happened to me several times and definitely dampened the experience, as I couldn't get a full night's sleep.

The hotel is located right next to the main road, and the constant sound of motorcycles passing by could be heard clearly inside the room. I could also hear people talking downstairs as if the windows were open. It honestly felt like I was given the worst room in the entire hotel on the night of February 28. Every sound from outside the room — even guests walking past in slippers — was crystal clear. There was absolutely no soundproofing. To make matters worse, a large advertising sign outside had a projection light shining directly into my window throughout the night. I was not able to rest at all. A hotel stay should provide comfort and proper sleep, but unfortunately this experience was the complete opposite.

COCKROACH ALERT Found about 5 of them 1 big 4 small, the big one camouflage with the curtain so genius 😂 May be they are evacuate cockroach fromother resident room idk cuz the room look totally clean to me, no smell odor. FYI There're some small stain on bed but they don't charge for it. Took your own blanket or lay some sheet down might be good idea. Water not hot enough for winter. As in Thailand not much concern though.

Great location at a great price. Close to malls, restaurants and public transport.

Very, very noisy, as the hotel is being renovated. Only told this when I arrived, or I would have gone somewhere else.

I have stayed here several times whenever I came to Bangkok and this has been one of the best location and budget hotel with cleanliness
