Praso Residence

This hotel is located right in the heart of Rama 9, making it an excellent base for exploring Bangkok. Central Rama 9 is just a short walk away, and both the MRT station and the Airport Rail Link are easily accessible. Getting to Suvarnabhumi Airport is incredibly convenient, and traveling around the city couldn’t be easier. The room was newly renovated, spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Everything felt brand new. The sofa was especially comfortable, and I also appreciated the luggage rack—it made unpacking so much easier. The elevators were fast and well-maintained, adding to the overall great experience. Finding food is super easy. There’s a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, along with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, so you never have to worry about meals. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and convenience are all outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

It was a nice stay the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Not sure what makes it luxurious or a boutique style. A few of the smaller details were missing for a luxurious stay. No coffee or spoons. There was only one bin and no bottled water on the first day. But they were provided for subsequent days. TV was nice. The furnishings were all reasonable. The hotel was undergoing a renovation while we were staying so it wasn't entirely quiet. All in all, it was a good stay near to everything we wanted and it was a pleasant stay. I would use the hotel again. View from the balcony is in the images. But we werent syaing for the views of the city

The wifi sucks and unable to log in. There renovation somewhere but so noisy.
