City Express by Marriott Ciudad de México la Villa

I’ve stayed here several times—it’s great value for the money. Even during the World Cup, the room rates were still reasonable. Clean, tidy, and quiet. The disappointing part this time was that the front desk checked me into my room half an hour early, only to find that it hadn’t been cleaned at all when I opened the door. So I went back to the front desk to switch rooms. Perhaps they hadn’t managed their system properly, or maybe the information hadn’t been updated—my room had been reassigned to someone else. Someone kept trying to open the door the whole time, and I was terrified in my sleep.

Staff wasn't that fluent in English and the washroom was poorly designed. The flushing button on the toilet bowl wasn't easily accessible as it was blocked by the a sink / wall granite bar.

Central located. Handy and close by to the airport. Unfortunately not friendly receptionist and dirty room floors.

Great service and staff! They had a problem with room key not being available and security had to let me in my room every time I went out for a smoke but he was really nice about it.

It's convenient to get to the airport. The hotel itself the price and service is reasonable. Crossing the street there's a big supermarket.

Great hotel! Conveniently close to the airport (about 6km), with on-site parking and excellent value for money. Highly recommend for quick stays. 5/5!
