Comfort Suites Near Casinos

I’m actually from this area and chose to bring my European mother in law and boyfriend to the hotel. It was okay. Mostly budget friendly. The breakfast was good but not great, the rooms were spacious but a little dusty, and it was a bit hidden. Best option in Norwich for the money.

Location was good. Place is fair.

Our room stunk of smoke and had ants crawling on the ground. Ant traps under the couch and some type of bug crawling on the bed. Got our money back and went home

The photos make the hotel appear far nicer than it actually is. It seems to be in the middle of upgrades and renovations, which may explain some of the issues. The elevator’s handrail was damaged and lying on the floor. In my room, the bathroom door was discolored with white spots, the tub was dirty, and the sink drained poorly. The closet was also unclean, and several TV channels did not work. That said, the bed was comfortable, and I had no trouble falling asleep. Breakfast, however, did not live up to the descriptions. If you just want to rest your head, then it's a place for you but if you need the ambiance and appeal, keep scolling.

The room was clean and spacious. We went down to get breakfast at 9:30 but there was nothing out. Unsure what time they have breakfast until during the week.

The breakfast was ok but nothing to get excited about. Parking was fine, no issues to worry about theft or unsafe area.

I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is old and dingy. My room’s main door had visible gaps — I could see the elevators across the hall from inside the room. The bathtub was filthy, so I didn’t let myself or my son shower. There was also someone else’s hair still on the bathroom floor. Staff were polite at check-in, but at checkout they sat behind a wall and weren’t very present. I didn’t see bugs, but I felt on edge the whole time because the place was so gross overall. Won’t be back.
