Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel

Well-located hotel, close to the Old Quarter, Train Street, Hoan Kiem Lake, etc. The breakfast is indeed served at another hotel, just a 1-minute walk away. It's not a huge spread, but it's tasty. The room was very comfortable; the only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning made a rather annoying noise. Aside from that, I have no complaints.

I liked that the male staff member at the reception was very friendly. The balcony attached to the room was really nice, and while it didn't feel like the absolute latest model, it was decent. The location is really good. It is close to everything when traveling in the eastern part of Hanoi. I would like to stay here again.

The staff were all wonderful. The two staff members at the front desk (especially the male staff member) were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. My English isn't great, so we communicated using Google Translate, and they were incredibly kind and patient, never showing any displeasure despite our limited English. Of course, the female staff member was also friendly and polite! Despite the low price, there were no issues with smells or the shower! The bed was a double, but since we were both women, it wasn't a problem. There are no restaurants or spas in the hotel, but we used the breakfast and spa facilities at nearby hotels and spas in the same chain. We used the spa and shower before our flight, and were able to return home feeling refreshed!

Hotel well located, very central. Attentive and friendly staff. Decent rooms.
