The hotel location is convenient from lalaport. Is connected by a bridge. It is walking distance to jalan Alor night market, bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, but sure you can easily just grab around. We stayed in the executive club room which is spacious and clean. Check in was smooth. Cleaning staff Santosh is very efficient and did his work well. Utas and Audray who served us at the lounge were excellent. This is our second visit, and we will definitely return.

Very good location. Just opposite Lalaport bus station. And there is an overhead bridge that link to Lalaport. Nice swimming pool. But didn’t swim due to the haze..

Comfort stay and accessible to lala port n lrt station which make things convenient. Will repeat stay soon.

Good location just next to Lalaport. Very convenient for those who take coaches to Lalaport! Good city view from the hotel room too.

The hotel’s biggest advantage is its convenient location near LaLaport, making it easy to access shopping, restaurants and entertainment. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I booked an Executive Room that was supposed to include Executive Lounge access, but I was given a different room instead. The reception staff were not particularly helpful in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating. Breakfast was a disaster, with poor queue management and a chaotic dining environment. The hotel was very crowded, and the breakfast arrangements clearly need improvement. The room was also outdated and in need of renovation. For the price paid and the room category booked, I expected a much better standard of accommodation and service. Overall, the location is the main positive point, especially for those who want to stay near LaLaport. Unfortunately, the room allocation, customer service, breakfast experience and outdated facilities let the hotel down. Management needs to address these issues to provide guests with a more comfortable and satisfactory stay.

In the last decade I’ve probably stayed here around 10 times or more. Usually for 3-4 weeks each stay so I know the hotel very well. It’s a non smoking hotel and the windows cannot be opened so I’m concerned as to why I get whiffs of cigarette smoke disturbing me in my room. I can only guess that people below are smoking in their bathrooms and somehow it’s coming up through the venting. I stayed for a total of almost 4 weeks during this visit. Every time I stay in an Executive Suite type room. Day one, 13th floor and the room had peeling wallpaper and the room was rough. Next day I changed to the 20th floor. 1-2 days later and the infiltration of cigarette smoke was making me sick so I finally changed to the 24th floor. The room was fine and overall I was happy with it. But even on the 24th floor at night I would be disturbed by cigarette smoke smells. I’m not sure if I will return to this hotel again or not.

It's all fine, but all a bit broken. The hair dryer is taped together, which is a huge fire hazard in the bathroom. The whole hotel needs renovating. I went to the pool and ordered a drink but couldn't charge it to the room. Cash only, which I didn't have on me. Only one plug socket in the bedroom which needed absolute precision to get it to work. Improvements needed.
