Conrad Singapore Orchard

The hotel is a bit far from the shopping district. It says it's a 14-15 minute walk or a 4-minute taxi ride, but maybe the drivers thought it was too close, so we couldn't get a cab. Singapore in the summer is super hot, and we ended up sweating quite a bit walking there 😏. However, getting a taxi back from the mall was easy! The staff were very friendly, and the bed was quite large. Everything else was pretty good!

Traveling with friends, our overall stay exceeded expectations. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the staff provided excellent service. The location was convenient for getting around. We had a very comfortable stay and would consider coming back again.

The hallway felt like a typical Singaporean apartment, but everything else was excellent. The room had a nice view too. The breakfast wasn't good, skip it.

The room was quite comfortable and generally clean, and the service was decent! My only minor gripe is that the staff weren't as proactive in helping with luggage during check-in and check-out, haha. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall, the stay was still pretty good! 😌

The hotel environment is fantastic, the room is quite spacious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. It's also very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Facilities: First off, I have to praise the decor – it's absolutely stunning and perfect for photos, but honestly, that's where the positives end. Cleanliness: Super dirty 👍 1. The water glasses in the breakfast restaurant were so filthy I've never seen anything like it. There was no way around it; my daughter and I had to go to the executive lounge to finish our breakfast. 2. The towels were so discolored with dirt, it was disgusting. We always travel with our own disposable towels, but we usually use the hotel towels to line the sink as a barrier. Well… these were so gross I almost threw up. Service: Not good, not good at all. 1. The kids' amenities were incomplete. 2. Delivery of items was incredibly slow. 3. The doorman. When we arrived in a business car, he was super enthusiastic and opened the door. The next day, after shopping, we took a taxi back. He completely ignored us. I was struggling with a bunch of bags getting out of the car, and he saw me with all my stuff but didn't bother to help. Thumbs up for that.

I arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, but my room wasn't ready yet... I had to wait for about 15 minutes. The hotel is a bit older, and while you can tell they've tried to maintain it, the facilities are still quite dated overall. Breakfast was decent, with an above-average variety of food. All in all, it was a perfectly adequate stay, nothing spectacular but nothing to complain about either.

Very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, and the service is great. It's pleasantly quiet, and the pool wasn't crowded. I'd definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Breakfast was good too, with attentive service. Highly recommended.

The room was quite spacious. The hotel has been renovated, but you can still tell it's an older property. Room cleanliness was just okay. For the price, there were no complimentary fruits or welcome drinks, not even tissue paper in the room. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and the train station is quite close (though I mostly used Grab). Overall, I was satisfied, but it didn't match the price point. If I had to choose again, I wouldn't pick this hotel.
