Clean, best location for riding vet bus. I will definitely come back.

A great location for the nationwide VET Airbus service. The bus station is literally next door so I gave top marks. Better options available downtown if visiting Phnom Penh. The hotel was a bit 1970’s/80’s in decor but good enough for a one night stay. I found the breakfast disappointing. It was a bit underwhelming if you’re starting a long bus journey-US$7.50 ( see photo). For tourists, charge a bit more, say US$12.50 and give a 2 egg omelette , unlimited coffee etc, proper bacon slices and send the punter away happy. The bus station has a restaurant attached as an alternative.

Smile Boutique is a small and beautiful hotel not far from Phnom Penh centre. This was my second time staying at the hotel. The hotel is spotless and the staff are excellent and it's easy to see tge high quality training that makes it so. The rooms are compact but not cramped. The beds, bed linen and pillows are so comfortable you won't want to leave. A good bathroom but beware the hot water is very hot. I think a warning notice in the bathroom would be helpful. The breakfast is good with a few choices. Location is next door to Vireak Buntham Bus Station so if your travelling to Siem Reap or Vietnam and many other destinations this makes it easier. Small swimming pool if you fancy a dip. The lobby is roomy and plenty of chairs. Sorry I didn't take any photos. I do highly recommend this hotel.

Kindly staff good hotel warm welcome and strategic position

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location is right next to the busstation which was very convenient. It is also not too far from the Phnom Penh night market and royal palace. The hotel and its rooms are very quiet with a cozy athmosphere. I want to thank all of the staff, they were super friendly to me and made my stay special! Next time I'm in Phnom Penh I will certainly return to this hotel.

This almost brand new hotel is very clean , in good area near French and British Embassies . The staff service is excellent with a wide choice of food to choose from ala carte menu.

Good service

Both times when I stayed there, there were some problems with my bookings. I booked a room with a view and a balcony, and they couldn’t give me a room with my requirements, saying that they don’t see my booking details when they receive it… For the first time I gently fought with them so I got my balcony and a view room, but for the second time I was so tired, that I didn’t even care. But was upset anyways
