酒店位置很好，打車到鐘樓，大悦城，賽博都在10元以內，大冷天的出門打車特別方便。
酒店門前馬路對面竟然是非遺博物館，帶孩子轉一圈是不錯的選擇。

We are a family of 2 x adults and 2 x teenagers and booked 2 x family rooms. The staff here are absolutely polite and patient despite language barriers it was relatively easy to use Translate app. The location is about 5 mins walk to City Wall South Gate entrance and no more than 3 minute walk to SKP Mall where we found Gourmet Food Court amongst luxury brands. The room is incredibly spacious and daily house keeping was amazing. Laundry service is also included in the room rate, which was so much needed when travelling and living out of the suitcase. Breakfast is average but honestly with all the other highlights mentioned, it didn’t bother us at all as it is insignificant. We would definitely come back here next time as we found Xi’an city lovely. Thank you to Anna and all the staffs at Yun He Bo Ye

The hotel was clean, room was spacious and breakfast was fantastic. We had a great stay here and the location of this hotel near the old city was unbeatable for the price. Service was also unparalleled and we would like to thank in particular 夏阳 and 紫金 for their assistance in booking tickets to the various attractions here in Xi'an which we enjoyed greatly - they are a great asset to the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel to future tourists.

這是我住過這麼多酒店，服務比較細微的。連五星級温德姆酒店都沒有這麼好的體驗感，有免費機場接送服務，健身房基本器材夠，還有水，紙巾配備，出門主動送上熱水給我們，離城牆也很近，除了去地鐵口走路需要十幾分鍾，其他都挺方便的，下次旅遊還會住這裏

設施：挺新的，如果有智能馬桶就更好了，畢竟西安辣的食物挺多的
衞生：乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨服務也很好
環境：不在主幹道上，不怕摩託車炸街
服務：服務是真的不錯，有接送機服務，早餐也好吃，前台接待人員都很友好，還有給小孩子特有的禮物和伴手禮，增高凳也有。晚上還有甜湯和泡腳桶提供。非常滿意！
