Yun He Ye Bo Hotel (Xi'an Zhonggulou South Gate)

Facilities: The hotel is very new, and the room was exceptionally spacious. We booked a room with two 1.5-meter beds, which were incredibly comfortable to sleep in. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily by housekeeping and was quite tidy. Environment: Both the exterior and interior of the hotel looked brand new. We stayed on the seventh floor, and the room was quiet. Service: As soon as we got out of the car, someone immediately helped us with our luggage. The receptionist at the entrance was very enthusiastic, and every morning when we left, she would ask if we needed small bottles of mineral water, which was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast was decent, though staying for 5 consecutive days, the breakfast options were pretty much the same, especially the hot dishes. I hope they can offer more variety. However, I still want to commend them for allowing guests to pack leftovers to take away, which is quite considerate. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread is also quite extensive. What really stood out was the exceptional service – definitely recommended! I'll be sure to stay here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The hotel boasts excellent facilities and a stylish blend of Chinese and Western aesthetics. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, quiet, and comfortable. The service was exceptional; staff greeted and guided us every time we entered or exited. The front desk offered complimentary drinks, and delicious traditional sweet soups were provided daily. The breakfast selection was extensive, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. On our first day, we even received complimentary cocktails and fruit. Upon check-out, we were thoughtfully given a Xi'an cultural and creative refrigerator magnet. Apple and Sun, two lovely ladies, carefully helped us store our luggage. The hotel also provided complimentary airport transfer service. We will definitely choose Yunhe Yebo Hotel (Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower South Gate Branch) again on our next visit to Xi'an.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are pretty good. Hygiene: The room was cleaned promptly and thoroughly. Environment: It's close to Xi'an's old city, quite near the city wall scenic area. Service: The greeter promptly helped with our luggage and had a very good attitude.

Airport shuttle service (Xi'an Xianyang Airport, requires 1-day advance booking): I originally booked the Atour hotel nearby, but after seeing the reviews for this place, I decisively chose it instead – and it didn't disappoint! It even offers free airport shuttle service. We stayed here for several nights; it's super close to the city center, and it's really convenient to take a taxi to all the attractions. The pick-up driver was excellent, finding us immediately upon exiting the airport! Superb! Cleanliness: Although it's been open for a few years, the room facilities are quite new. My son loves Ultraman, so we paid extra to upgrade to a themed room. The amenities were comprehensive, and there were complimentary fruits and snacks. Facilities: The room also had free drinks, including my son's favorite Wangzai milk. There's also a free laundry service – someone collects your clothes and then neatly folds them in a basket in your room when you return at the end of the day. Service: Everything from the airport pick-up to check-in was incredibly satisfying. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and escorted us to the front desk, and then to our room, explaining all the hotel and room amenities along the way. I didn't have breakfast any of the days because I overslept, haha, but this hotel truly goes above and beyond with its service. I usually don't bother writing reviews! Now for the cons: The soundproofing in the room isn't great. Maybe I'm a light sleeper, but I could hear kids running in the hallway. The window also faces a main road, so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to request a quieter room. It would be great if the room included some soap for washing underwear and cotton swabs (a toiletry kit) – I didn't see any! At check-out, Li Zi, Mu Zi, Tao Zi, and Xi Mi were all very enthusiastic! They even gave us local specialty souvenirs. All in all, I'm still very satisfied. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xi'an. Highly recommend it to everyone!!!

At first, the hotel's name sounded a bit convoluted to me. But after checking in, I truly experienced what excellent service feels like. Someone contacted me for a free airport pick-up even before I landed. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a fruit platter. The next day, after hiking Mount Hua, it was past 9 PM and I hadn't eaten. Without a word, the hotel staff brought me plenty of bread and milk. After checking out, they provided a free ride back to the airport. What's more, they even gave me a souvenir when I left! This amazing hotel definitely deserves praise! 👍 (Breakfast was also fantastic 👍 and the Chinese à la carte options were superb too 👍). Especially General, who was incredibly warm and outstanding! 👍

The room type is exactly as pictured on Trip.com. They even upgraded our room, which had the same layout but was a bit more spacious. The service was very thoughtful; they even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet when we checked out. The location is also great, making it a short bike ride to the ancient city gate and the Bell Tower.

The room was clean and serviced promptly. We extended our stay for three nights because of this. They provided plenty of water, and any issues were addressed quickly. The staff's service attitude was excellent.
