Frontier Suites Hotel in Juneau

The unit was well appointed with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom. The facility is old and dated but still clean.

The room was adequate. Nothing special. Sheets had holes in them. Microwave was very underpowered. There was no control for the heater. The restaurant/bar was closed. Parking was limited. Several times heard drunks outside yelling/fighting. Location to the airport was very close.

Room was ok, couch and chair not the cleanest. Didn’t do daily cleaning, had to ask for supplies. Our original room was to be for two queen beds but there was no parking so we were switched to a queen with sofa sleeper and didn’t receive any refund for cheaper room.

weather kept my flight from landing in Juneau and with the help of **********, Frontier Suites agreed to not charge for the missed reservation. This was unexpected but very appreciated.

I like the kitchen. Had to leave the dog at home and reshcedule the veterinarian appointment because they don't alliw dogs. Otherwise, excellent.

All staff was super sweet. They picked me up at the airport a little after 10pm with snow on the sides of the road taller than the van in places. The "room" was actually a 1 bedroom apartment! So cute and clean.

Having a kitchen made it possible to cook meals for my family during our stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and/or certain things in the room were not very clean. For example the dishes were dirty, most of the moving parts in the shower were dirty,
