Franconia Notch Motel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice location right on a river that you can hear when you open the back window of the room. The motel is within an easy drive of nearby towns.

Do not stay here. Property is run down. Peeling paint, crumbling patched together parking lot that makes you say "Oh no" when you pull in. The room was musty with beat up furniture. The bathroom had sticky broken floors tiles. Hairs in corners the vanity. The enamel on the probably 60 year old tub was gone so it was stained and grungy. The white shower curtain was all brown at the bottom. When I got home after my trip I said to my wife you would have walked in said "Nope" and got back in the truck.

When I arrived and checked into my room, I was pretty disappointed. The room smelled, everything was outdated. I just didn’t feel comfortable at the property. I checked out a day early.

Room was clean, no frills room, king bed a bit soft . If your looking for a no frills, less expensive motel this one will do

Very friendly staff. Property and room was dated but perfect for our one night stay.

A bit outdated, could use an update but we stayed 2 nights and will definitely stay again. We were very comfortable.

Very clean fo such an old room. Had heat AC tv micro fridge very soft king bed

Was a nice stying with my family. The place was clean and quietThe office staff was friendly and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and quiet, making it a pleasant stay for my family.

Everything was what we expected. We have stayed there a number of times. We like the large rooms and good heating system. Another very nice stay. Only criticism is that the fabric on the chairs in my our room was quite dirty.
