Chanalai Garden Resort, Kata Beach

The hotel staff were very friendly and the location was super convenient. It was quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street and it's very close to the beach. Kata Beach is absolutely beautiful!

The hotel room was very clean, the service was excellent, and the environment was quiet. The sea view room offered a beautiful view, and the food was delicious! There's a 7-Eleven right outside and the beach is just a 200-meter walk away, which is great.

The service was excellent, and the hotel was clean with fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool. It's conveniently located near restaurants and a very comfortable beach. Perfect for both couples and family trips. A truly wonderful hotel!

I stayed for four days. The first day was fine, but on the third night when I returned, the entire room reeked of paint, and I had no idea why. On the fourth morning, I was woken up at 10 AM by renovations next door, which I had not been informed about. Both rooms to my left and right were under renovation, and the strong paint fumes and loud construction noise severely impacted my health and rest. I am very dissatisfied with this stay. The front desk did not accept my complaint. The view was good, and the hotel was conveniently located, but it's quite old and dated, and the hygiene was mediocre; my feet were black after walking barefoot in the room.

It's super close to the beach. A lot of people mentioned the facilities are quite old, but the room I stayed in felt perfectly fine. The AC wasn't loud, and there were no hidden doors. Once our room door wouldn't open, and the staff were very enthusiastic and came to help us fix it. The breakfast mainly consists of Western food, and after two days, you pretty much get tired of it. It probably didn't suit my Chinese palate.

Had a fantastic trip! The hotel experience was great. Even though we checked in very late, there were still welcome desserts waiting for us. Staff helped us with our luggage the whole way, and as soon as we entered the room, we saw an elephant made of towels. Breakfast was extensive and served until 11 am, which is perfect for a holiday. The hotel has two swimming pools and a gym. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven right opposite the hotel, and the beach is just a few minutes' walk further. There's also a fruit stand next to the hotel with delicious fruit and really affordable and tasty juices!
