we really enjoyed staying here, view from our room was amazing and breathtaking and staff name Irish is very nice, she recommended us si many interesting places to visit nearby the resort, worth staying here for long or short vacation

My room didn't have a great view, and they charged an extra 800 THB per day for an older child, which I found quite expensive. However, the hotel's location is pretty good, very close to the beach, and there's a 7-Eleven right across the street. Overall, I was satisfied and would consider staying here again next time, hopefully getting a room with a better view.

We chose this hotel for our anniversary trip to Phuket. I'd emailed them beforehand and they kindly helped decorate the room, which we really appreciated. The staff were all warm and polite, helping us with our luggage and so on. The sea view from our room was absolutely perfect; it was so relaxing to just sit on the balcony every day. The only downsides were the long walk from the main entrance to the room, which required taking several elevators, and the room was a bit humid, but these were minor issues. We'd definitely choose this place again next time we visit Kata Beach.

This hotel is located in Kataf, very convenient for nearby restaurants, massage parlors, and 7-Elevens, all close to the beach. They even offered complimentary ice cream when I checked in, which was a nice touch. It was a great stay, and the sea view from the room was fantastic. The room itself was clean and tidy. Two cute elephant statues greeted me right at the entrance.

The hotel is a bit old and the facilities are dated, but the location is decent. You can walk to the beach in about 2 minutes. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small, and the sun loungers are often fully occupied.

Outstanding service, kind and helpful staff (esp. Jan at front desk), beautiful ocean view and awesome location! The hotel is pretty old but certainlygreat value for money, so we’re staying the whole week herel! Will definitely visit again!

It wasn't a very good experience. We arrived at around 11:30 a.m., and there were already many guests waiting to check in early. I understood that early check-in wasn't guaranteed, so I signed the necessary forms and was happy to wait until the official check-in time at 2:00 p.m. However, I noticed that several guests who arrived after us were checked in before we were. After asking the reception 2–3 times, they finally told us that our four rooms had been assigned in different buildings. If we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we would have to wait another 2–3 hours. I wish they had informed us of this earlier instead of making us keep asking. Better communication would have made the experience much less frustrating. The hotel's location is great. The beach is just a short walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven right at the entrance, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, despite the good location, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this hotel to my friends.

We booked the Room with the sea view and it was amazing!!! We saw the most beautiful sunset from there😍 the room was also super spacious and clean. Only downside: it’s a longer way from the lobby to the room, took us about three minutes but was so worth it! Staff was super nice, welcoming and helpful. The resort itself is so beautiful and well kept.

Great deal for the low season. Great location. Ready to clean the room every day and give fresh water etc. Very clean although our room did have this smudgy residue on the floor, not sure what that was from. Great view of the beach.
