The hotel is in a great central city location, within easy walking distance to the harbour and shopping centre. It is relatively new, with excellent facilities. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the pricing is very reasonable. There is also a airport shuttle running every 30 minutes, right across the street, which is extremely convenient for travellers.

It was a very good Hotel with good location and good breakfast. Services were good. CP was high, but the Room was without good view.

Room was pretty nice, clean and the team was very kind. We really enjoyed the stay. Also the hotel is very central and it takes only 10 mins to the harbor and is sucky next to the sky tower.

Smart new hotel right next to sky tower with air bridge connecting. Very comfortable clean room. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. 90nz dollars each. Only downside was our view looking out over the roof and satellite dishes of NZTV which is right next door.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Sky Tower. The SkyBus from the airport drops you off directly across the street from the hotel, next to the Sky Tower. It's an easy walk to Queen Street and the waterfront, and really, the whole of Auckland city center isn't that big. Getting around by public transport is also very convenient. The hotel's breakfast selection is also very good.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The staff already recognize me and are very friendly. On my previous two stays, I used a credit card for the deposit and didn't receive a refund notification (though it was eventually refunded, just took a while for the bank to process). So this time, I opted for a cash deposit, and the staff were happy to accommodate. The room is very spacious; I could open two large suitcases without it getting in the way.
