Facilities: The room size is definitely not small for Hong Kong, where every inch counts. The mattress firmness was just right, which was great. The overall room decor has a retro Hong Kong style, reminiscent of the Star Ferry, with a lot of exposed metal parts. It might not be ideal for small children, perhaps more suited for young couples. The hotel includes breakfast, served in the restaurant on the first floor. It's an English-style simple buffet – not extensive, but sufficient. Hygiene: It was very clean, and housekeeping was prompt. Environment: The location is on a side road off Fleming Road, within a 10-minute walk to the Convention and Exhibition Centre or Wan Chai Pier. However, all rooms face the street, so it can be a bit noisy. Service: The overall staff were very polite, but most of the breakfast restaurant staff didn't speak Chinese, which wasn't very friendly for children and the elderly.

This isn't my first time staying at the Fleming, and as always, the staff's service attitude is excellent. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms continues to be very satisfactory.

The most stylish hotel I've ever stayed in. The nods to the city's icon, the Star Ferry, are noticeable but done very elegantly and subtly. Very clean. Good breakfast. Excellent coffee! The best staff! If I had to nitpick, I'd say I'd like more lighting in the bathroom.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, even preparing a lovely surprise for our wedding anniversary, which was a very thoughtful touch. Although the hotel isn't large, quality shines through in every detail. Definitely worth experiencing.

Very unique design. The location in Wan Chai is quite convenient. The room facilities are complete, and there's even a work area. I also really liked the Italian restaurant downstairs. Had a great staycation!

The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit too limited and seemed geared more towards Western tastes. It would be even better if they added some more Chinese breakfast options.
