This hotel was a terrible experience. There was a lot of mold everywhere, and the rooms looked like they hadn’t been renovated since the hotel was built in 1998. Breakfast was acceptable, but definitely not at a 5-star level. To reach the sea, you have to walk a long distance and go down stairs, and even though I was there in early December — a low season — there were very few places available by the beach. I also saw many guests asking to change their rooms, but the staff refused their requests. Overall, I’m just glad this was only a transit hotel for one night. After that, I moved to an expensive hotel and finally had a great vacation. I do not recommend staying here or wasting your money — it’s better not to come at all.

The service was good, but the facilities are really outdated. There's no charging outlet by the bed, and very few in the room, some of which don't even work. Charging devices was incredibly inconvenient – it definitely didn't feel like a relaxing resort. The bathroom was also very average; no bathtub and a tiny shower area. There's no beach, and the snorkeling spot is quite far away. I didn't get to snorkel due to time constraints, but it looked okay. The food was mediocre, the desserts weren't good, and there wasn't much variety in the fruit.

I was surprised that the room amenities only included shampoo and toiletries, and there were no slippers. It was all-inclusive, but the food was just okay. The à la carte restaurant was only open once during the stay. The hotel staff were friendly.
