Yunmen 5 Seasons Argyle Resort Hotel

The price for a standard room felt reasonable, but for a family room, it felt a bit lacking. Pros: There's a large lawn which is great for photos on a nice day; the washing machine works very well; the hot water is excellent, and it even has a smart toilet; the fitness center is good, and the service response was quite prompt. Cons: The Wi-Fi connection was overly complicated, it took me 20-30 minutes just to get my devices online; the first room we were given had a ton of mosquitoes, over a dozen crawling on the ceiling. Anyone who's afraid of mosquitoes would freak out instantly. We ended up having to hassle them for a room change at 11 PM. I'd suggest the hotel checks for bugs in the rooms when they do their cleaning.

The rooms are exquisite and clean, with a rich array of entertainment facilities. The surrounding landscaping is well-maintained. It's suitable for team building and parent-child activities.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member was incredibly warm and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel's location is easy to find and close to many attractions, making it arguably the most upscale hotel in the area. It's also great for families with kids. Hope to visit again sometime, haha!

The room was tiny, and the service was really subpar. The restaurant was also incredibly small, and the food wasn't up to standard. We visited during the May Day holiday and couldn't even find a place to sit. There wasn't much to do outside either. I feel quite misled by what I saw on Xiaohongshu (a social media platform) and regret not staying at another chain hotel.

The room was very clean. The flowers and plants in the courtyard downstairs were beautiful. It's very close to Yunmen Temple and Yunmenshan Scenic Area, making the location excellent. Highly recommended!

We booked the Cloud Man Family Twin Suite, which was very spacious with a lovely view from the window. There was a dedicated area for the kids to do their homework peacefully. The air conditioning was just right and quiet at night. What a pleasant surprise to find a sports area on the first floor, fully equipped with gear for badminton, basketball, dryland curling, a yoga room, and a treadmill room – the kids absolutely loved it! The hotel's location is also great, very close to the Yunmenshan Tourist Resort (with well-designed activities) and the Yunmen Dajue Zen Temple (featuring superb garden design).

The environment is excellent, full of positive energy, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The overall hotel design and management are superb. It's definitely worth making a special trip to experience a stay here. There are plenty of EV charging stations, meeting the needs of new energy vehicles. The only drawback is that the soundproofing inside the rooms could be better.

This hotel is newly opened and close to Yunmen Temple. The rooms are incredibly clean, tidy, and comfortable, with excellent facilities. It's definitely a top choice for families.
