The Heart of Karst: Riverside Retreat (Yangshuo Xishijinshe)

I've stayed in many hotels in Yangshuo, but 'Once There, Now Here' is by far my favorite resort. The overall environment is beautiful, low-density, and offers great privacy. There are no chaotic crowds, allowing you to truly experience the relaxation and leisure a vacation should have. The rooms feature 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, providing excellent natural light and stunning views of the mountains and rivers. Lying in bed, you can admire the karst peaks. The outdoor pool is absolutely amazing, situated right next to a vast green lawn and the Yulong River. Swimming in the pool feels like being immersed in a picturesque landscape painting. The complimentary afternoon tea was delicious, not just pretty to look at. The service deserves high praise; the young staff members were attentive, thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast was also excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Once I checked in, I didn't even want to go out and visit attractions; I just wanted to quietly enjoy the mountains and rivers. This stay was a fantastic experience, highly recommended. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Yangshuo.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel is truly exceptional and perfect for solo travelers like me. The hotel itself boasts beautiful scenery, so if you don't feel like going out, you can comfortably relax there. It's incredibly peaceful. The food prepared by the chef is also delicious; I ate all my meals at the hotel for three days, and it was tasty and clean. When I did want to explore, the hotel provided transportation to and from all the attractions, which made my holiday incredibly enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Full marks, absolutely full marks! This has to be one of the best guesthouses in Yangshuo. The service and environment are impeccable. The room was clean and tidy, and the selection of amenities really showed the owner's taste. The chef's food was incredibly delicious; the good food and wine made it hard to leave the table. The owner even gave us a bottle of wine when he saw our family of three dining. It felt like we became friends with the front desk owner. Everything was just perfect. We'll definitely be back!

A delightful surprise stay in Yangshuo! The terrace offers direct views of the continuous karst mountains, with picturesque landscapes of rivers, mountains, and fields right before your eyes. The environment is serene, the room is clean and comfortable, and the service is incredibly warm. You don't even need to leave the hotel to enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery; it's a perfect place to fully immerse yourself in a vacation vibe.

This guesthouse is the absolute best in Yangshuo! It's the closest high-end guesthouse to the Yulong River. The toiletries are Acqua di Parma, the fridge is a Husky, the hairdryer is a Dyson, and the speaker is a Marshall... The best part is that you can take a bamboo raft from Shuiedi Pier and ask the raft guide to drop you off right in front of the hotel, which is incredibly convenient! I'll definitely be back! It feels like you're staying right inside the scenic area.
