Welcoming hotel lobby and staff. Thoughtful gifts of bottle water and mints for guests. Clean and well maintained room. Bathroom was spacious and clean.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean.

I was only in need of a hotel for a few hours and this was just perfect. I desperately needed to check-in early and they were able to accommodate that which was so helpful! I wish the room had heavier curtain that you could draw closed though because I had a super bright parking lot light shining in on my bed which was a little annoying. Peruse perfectly fine place to stay for night.

Easy check in. Very close to entertainment. Super easy shuttle to Mohegan Sun. Driver was courteous and quick. Great nights sleep with a clean room and comfortable bed! I would stay again!

The complimentary breakfast buffet was very well done and the seating area is spacious and clean; the staff were very helpful and accommodating; and for the price it is an excellent value.

The room was okay. The curtains didn’t shut all the way—Lamp next to bed did not work. I forgot my expensive “Owala” water bottle. When I realized it was missing—which was ONLY half hour after check out—they told me it was not in the room. I know for a fact it was—left on nightstand next to bed. I just said to girl on the phone I hope your cleaning people enjoy it. Must need it more than me. Very disappointed in the dishonesty of this hotel. Will not be staying here again or giving a referral for someone to stay. Plenty other hotels around. Hampton Inn is up the street. Don’t like when people lie and steal.

Don’t waste your money in this hotel. I spend one night here and did not get a minute of sleep. The hotel is not soundproof. You hear everything and anything. The housekeeping staff was screaming, banging and laughing throughout the hallways. If you’re on on the 4th floor you will hear the guests walking around their rooms. The hotel room ceiling felt like it was going to erupt. The phone in the room is just for display because it didn’t work/ my child hurt her toe in the broken tiles in the bathroom and when I approached staff in the am they were not attentive at all and could care less. This hotel is a complete garbage

Excellent from checking in to checking out. Clean, quiet, comfortable and breakfast was hot and fresh.
