I was told this was the best hotel in town, but it was awful. When I arrived, they told me the suite I had paid for in advance was unavailable, and they would put me in a junior suite without a bathtub. I had to make a scene. They gave me a dinner voucher, but it turned out to be the worst meal I had in Madagascar. Check-in took two hours instead of the promised hour and a half. The room was bad, with a view of the slums. The air conditioning barely worked, and the windows wouldn't open.
