We’ve received a complimentary upgrade to the W hotel. Not sure if it was an upgrade since we were looking very forward to staying in Mandalaybay

The rooms are nice and modern, very clean, and the hotel is very large. You should study how to park and check in well for quick convenience.

Our room was upgraded for free from regular room to a suite, so theres a small living room and a bedroom with 2 double beds. The size is good for family of 4 adults and the bathroom was huge! There was also a powder room in the living room area

We had the best experience of all of our years of visiting Las Vegas this time at Mandalay Bay. The front desk clerk was wonderful and upgraded us to a suite. It was the most comfortable and luxurious room we've ever stayed in. We had a blast at the last river and wave pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The room is ok. Mostly families staying here with kids. Wouldn’t recommend for the Vegas parties. The hotel charges for daily parking. $20 a day. That’s where they get you, plus the resort fees.
