第二次住這家萬麗了，第一次住的時候別墅區在裝修，這次去的時候碰上泳池在改造，需要到隔壁酒店游泳，衹在最後一天趕上了酒店自己的新泳池。不過送了幾張飲料券做彌補。
既然會去第二次，肯定是各方面都很滿意了，從服務到硬件，特別是泰餐廳，非常好吃，每天都要去，跟服務員都認識了。
還有優點就是離機場很近，而且每次去都感覺人不多，度假感還是挺足的。
缺點就是荒郊野外的，去哪都不方便，衹適合喜歡泡酒店的。以及沙灘品質一般，看看就行了。
不過總的來説還是值得推薦，小而美的酒店。

我們住的是瀉湖景觀房，房間在2樓並不潮濕，硬件設施過關。酒店很安靜，靠近**有泳池，酒店內有西餐和泰餐，服務人員都很熱情。需要注意的是這一帶的酒店都遠離商業區，出入不是很方便，如果是喜歡熱鬧的不適合，坐酒店的ShuttLbuS可以到一個小型商業街，有吃喝的地方，711便利店。總之，酒店挺有調調，適合安靜在酒店躺平。

這次訂的villa,由於是雨季，非常擔心房間床品會潮，但是打開房門，摸到床品的時候，超級乾爽！第二次選擇普吉萬麗作為家庭回國前的機場落腳點，太正確了！

The room is clean, the only bad thing happened is on first day check in , the pillow is very smelly, but after we reported to hotel, they changed it immediately, the respond and service is good, but it would be perfect to check before customer check in. The receptionist Summer is very warm and good service
The restaurant in the hotel also good
If the hotel can add more facilities would be perfect

酒店的海灘看日落超級美，比芭東海灘乾淨太多，有專門用來泡着的泳池（游泳基本上很難因為很多人在池子裏）
酒店裡的泰餐是米其林級別，服務很熱情
spa價格略高但是很舒服，纖體按摩那個好像還真有點用
早餐選擇特別多很好吃
酒店有免費的突突車去一個周邊小的市場有手工編織店很好逛，還有711
不過衹適合在北部玩玩，別的地方打車都很遠很遠不太方便
酒店衞生很乾凈，沒有什麼臟臟的東西

Renaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.
