It didn’t have elevator : rooms are under renovation so lots of inconveniences and noice even finished room had missing work like window of our room was not fully fixed it was about to fall down

Room was a bit musty b it I couldn’t leave the window open due to the noise and construction. I was travelling solo, but wouldn’t have enjoyed it with another person due to the glass cubicle shower and toilet. Staff were lovely and location is fantastic.

Staff courteous , room small but clean . Reall issue was fourth fooor room with no lift and very steep stairs every day at least twice if not three times per day

Friendly staff, easy check in process, very clean rooms and close to everything clubs and restaurants. Felt safe! Had a really good experience. Would recommend!

Great little room & typical european feel with every inch maximized. RIGHT on Pink Street...about 1 store from the extremely busy area. You are IN THE PARTY ZONE...user beware...but we loved it with our college kids.

The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to most of the interesting points. One bonus is that there's a food court named Time Out Market with limitless options of cuisine to choose from. Love that place and it's only few minutes walk away from the hotel.

The property is located right on Pink Street. Luckily, our room is located behind the building, so there's no noise. If you are a light sleeper, it might be difficult, since the bars in the area close really late (past 3 am). The location is very convenient. It's close to the metro and within walking distance to most attractions. The hotel does not have an elevator, and our room was on the 4th floor. It was a daily exercise climbing up those stairs and the hills in Lisbon. For the money and the location, it's a good value.

Heck in staff were amazing. My husband has issues with stairs so we were moved from a higher level floor to a lower level and he helped us bring our luggage up the stairs. That gesture was very much appreciated. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Some street noise but it really don’t bother me. The lobby could be cleaner but everywhere else we visited was very clean.

As much as we appreciated the amenities and the staff, we will not stay here again. The location is incredibly convenient, but it is on Pink Street...the nightlife spot of the city. Crowds, music, noise until 4 am is just not our speed anymore. Rooms are small and not at all private, so ideal for families but not really groups of friends. The bed in the loft area was incredibly uncomfortable and hard to access. We knew there was not an elevator, but want to be sure others do as well. The uneven stairs are no joke as we get older lol. Overall, we had a good stay in a very convenient place with a lovely staff.
