If you want to relax, a short stroll will have you breathing in fresh air from nature. And the service? Simply outstanding! From the moment you enter the lobby, you feel like the most esteemed guest. The staff's smiles are brighter than sunshine, and their demeanor is gentler than a spring breeze. They not only quickly resolve any issues you might have, but they also anticipate and sort everything out perfectly, often before you even realize there's a problem. In short, whether it's the location or the service, this hotel is absolutely flawless. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, this is definitely your top choice!

Our room was on the 35th floor, which was great – nice and quiet, and far from other rooms. We checked in at 1 AM on Jan 1st. The hotel was having a very lively New Year's celebration, and I regretted not getting there earlier to join in. However, staying for three consecutive days was very comfortable. They provided boxed water, and the desk was huge, which my girlfriend found very convenient for doing her makeup. Ordering room service was also super easy, and the food we got was delicious. The hotel's laundry service was excellent too. Parking is free, which is very convenient, and Taikoo Hui is just across the street. For outside food delivery, they can't bring it up to the room, but anything else, the concierge will deliver. The service is great, and my butler, Jane, was wonderful; she helped me with a late check-out and was very accommodating. Overall, it's a good hotel.
