The Hill

Everything was perfect. I checked in very late at night. But it was completely hassle free- with just key codes to enter. The room was big and comfy, and the bathroom was very clean. Thanks to Stefanos for being the perfect host! The neighborhood is quiet and residential, but also within walking distance to the bus station, Amtrak, and Brown University.

Had a wonderful stay here! The self check-in process was super easy and convenient, and all the information was sent clearly ahead of time which made everything smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Very cute, very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are shared, but very well taken care of. For a place to stay by college hill it's perfect. 100% would come back.

I stayed here for five days, and it was a tremendous trip. The staff is friendly, the house is clean and lovely, and the rooms are spacious, airy, and beautiful. One of the best things about this house is its location – it’s right on the riverbank, offering a stunning view of the river day and night. It’s also conveniently close to Trader Joe’s and a variety of restaurants, making it a fantastic spot to explore the area. Worth the price paid for.

Had a short stay here with my partner during a quick visit to Providence and it turned out to be a really pleasant surprise for the price. I called ahead with a small question and someone picked up right away, walked me through everything and sent clear self check-in instructions, so arriving was totally stress-free. The room was bigger and nicer than expected — clean, stylish, nicely decorated, and honestly it felt a bit more “upscale” than what we were paying for. Most of the time we were out exploring the city, and in the evenings it was great to come back to a quiet, comfortable space to eat, rest and spend some time together. The street felt safe and it was easy to get to the places we wanted to visit, so for a short couple’s trip on a budget, this ended up being a really solid choice.

My partner and I had such a wonderful stay! Even though the hotel just opened, everything ran perfectly — from the smooth check-in to the beautiful, classic design that gives it so much character. Our room was spotless, cozy, and had this warm, vintage charm that made it feel special. The staff were genuinely kind and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We also loved how close it is to great restaurants and little cafés — perfect for a weekend walk around the city. It’s rare to find a place that feels both new and timeless at the same time. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Providence!

I had a great night’s sleep. The views of the surroundings were lovely, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Booking was very easy, and the staff offered excellent service throughout my stay.
