Pullman Shenzhen North

The hotel's location is excellent; the elevator takes you directly to Shenzhen North Station's East Plaza on the third floor, making access to both the railway and subway incredibly convenient. The room facilities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. However, I hope the hotel can improve its restaurant service. There should be a hostess to seat guests in the restaurant; otherwise, people end up occupying large tables alone, making it difficult for groups to find seating. Also, the restaurant staff are slow to clear tables.

Location: Super convenient! You can walk directly from the hotel's 3rd floor to Shenzhen North Station Plaza. The high-rise view is also stunning. Service: The butler service was great, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices! Cleanliness: Spotless.

The room was decent, and it's conveniently located near the high-speed rail station. The entrance is a bit hidden. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The overall service was a bit overly enthusiastic; they shouldn't disturb guests so much.

First off, the location is absolutely fantastic! I stayed for several days, and getting to any district in Shenzhen by subway was super convenient. It was also incredibly easy to travel to Foshan by high-speed rail. Secondly, the living experience was excellent. Even though the North Station is just a short walk from the hotel, the hotel manager thoughtfully contacted me to offer a pick-up service due to heavy rain in Shenzhen – the service was truly considerate! Both the service and cleanliness were very good. Thirdly, the hotel breakfast offered a great variety. I couldn't try all the pastries I wanted to in three days. I'll definitely stay here again next time, hoping for even more pleasant surprises. Finally, I managed to do a bit of eating and shopping at the sunken plaza downstairs. Originally, I just wanted to grab a quick bite before sending my husband off on the high-speed rail, but we ended up eating at Zhaoji and Heytea, and browsing some small shops. My daughter even picked up a useful eyeshadow palette, a massage hammer, and body lotion… (I called Cotton Era early for disposable items, and they delivered within 15 minutes, but honestly, buying things downstairs would have been just as convenient). P.S. The hotel also has amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and spa, plus Japanese and Chinese restaurants. I look forward to experiencing them on my next visit…

The room was spacious, and the bed and duvet were incredibly comfortable. The front desk, customer service, and housekeeping staff were all very warm and attentive to guests. Although the food in the executive lounge was simple, it was convenient and the menu changed daily. The views and service were also excellent.

I noted my room preferences when I booked, and the hotel met all of them. As a budget traveler on a whirlwind trip to Hong Kong for one night, this hotel was perfect. It's less than a five-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, the facilities are good, and the room was incredibly quiet and clean. Quietness and cleanliness are always my top priorities when choosing a hotel. The only slight downside was that the staff could improve their hospitality and customer service, especially for a five-star hotel.
