The apartment was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. Having staff who speak Chinese made communication very smooth. The metro station is conveniently close, and there are plenty of dining options, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The location is truly excellent. The photos are screenshots from a video, so they're a bit blurry.

It’s centrally located to several major attractions that the several buses can take you there directly for 230 Yuen. This hotel/airbnb is equipped with full kitchen (gas stove, full size refrigerator, range hood and basic dinnerware), washer, electric kettle, and most importantly there is a drying vacuum inside the bathroom that drys your laundry in about 4 hours. I also like that there is a sliding door between the kitchen and the main area which makes like a suite and keeps the smell out if you cook during your stay. There are instructions in Japanese , Chinese and English on how to use the washer, the drying system and how to adjust the water temperature. Instructions are taped on the wall by the related appliances. There clean towels, razor, tooth brushes and hair brush that you can self-help on the main floor outside the check in office. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and bars around the promise. 5-10 minutes walk to the Saiin station and bus stops, and 16 minutes bus ride to the Kyoto station. We enjoy our stays. If we didn’t have to leave for our cruise trip, we would have extended our stay for a week.

The room was bigger than I expected, and the location is convenient. Having a washing machine was a great bonus. The front desk staff were Chinese students, so communication was easy. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

This hotel is super convenient, just about a four-minute walk from the station. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, were really enthusiastic, and even upgraded us to a larger room for free. The room was clean and came equipped with a microwave and a washing machine, plus we could even cook. The kids had a blast, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends.

This is genuinely one of my favorite guesthouses! Everything was exceptional: the location, nearby amenities, room facilities, spaciousness, cleanliness, in-room provisions, layout, and service. The only downside is how incredibly popular it is – I had to book four months in advance to secure a room this time.
