The hotel is in a good location, not far from the train station, which makes it very convenient. You can reach all parts of Vienna by train. The room was adequate for two people; overall it was fine, although there was no refrigerator or glasses. The air conditioning was automatic with a time limit, so it could not be controlled individually. The breakfast was good and offered everything needed. The staff was also good.

I had such a comfortable stay at the great location, it was really close from the train station arriving from the airport, and only took 15-20mins by tram to the central area!
The only thing was that there was not enough amenities in the room, I don’t know if this is the standard in Austrian business hotels but having nowhere to get water refilled (only bottle available at the bar), no tooth brush, no kettle, no separated shampoo was a bit unexpected.
Apart from that I enjoyed my stay, met some of really helpful staff as well thank you!!

We followed the instruction on requesting the room cleaning and unfortunately no room cleaning even though we requested in front desk and complained.

Amazing location near the main station. Unfortunately, I stayed on the first floor near the elevator and there was some sudden noise from other guests. Generally, good quality/price.
