The hotel is not large, but its design is unique and beautiful, featuring two swimming pools. During peak season, breakfast is served buffet-style in a very pleasant dining environment. The front desk staff, especially one particular lady, was very enthusiastic and helpful. Highly recommended.

A wonderfully designed hotel with great style, and the room is full of thoughtful details. The location is also fantastic, right by the river and just a short walk to the night market. The breakfast was pretty good too.

An exceptional hotel in terms of design, location, facilities, service, and attentiveness. A must-stay in Siem Reap. No complaints at all. We rented a motorbike and parked it there. There's a good cafe/restaurant. The room was unbeatable. Close to all the important sites and a straight shot by motorbike to Angkor Wat. Recommended.

A very unique hotel. Excellent location and top-notch service. The lobby manager was incredibly kind and provided excellent service for our check-in. They even upgraded us for free, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is within walking distance to many great restaurants. The gin at the hotel bar is definitely worth a try.

We arrived at FCC in the evening, and the front desk staff, Pov, warmly welcomed us. I really love the hotel's Southeast Asian garden design and its location – it’s quiet yet conveniently situated, and being by the river is perfect for a stroll. I highly recommend visiting the bar for a drink; they even have live performances. For breakfast, there are both Western options and noodle soups. We even received a small gift at check-out. It was a very satisfying experience. I would definitely choose FCC again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has a French-style design, and the rooms are on the smaller side. Overall, it's pretty standard; no major issues. It's clean and hygienic, and the staff are friendly, but there wasn't any service that particularly stood out. The welcome drink was just a simple, rather perfunctory slushie. Breakfast was decent. I initially thought it would be à la carte, but perhaps because there were more guests, it was changed to a buffet. The taste was good, though it lacked the freshness and refinement of a made-to-order meal. There's a small swimming pool at the hotel. It wasn't very clean, likely due to the rainy season making it difficult to maintain, so we barely used it. In summary, if judged by the standards of a typical five-star city hotel, it's perfectly fine. However, if you're expecting a five-star resort experience, it doesn't quite measure up.
