Budget Inn

The bed sheets and mattress were not clean. We went and bought sleeping bags to lay on top of the beds. The homeless person did not bother us sleeping under the stair well.

Do not stay here. Room was filthy, sheets dirty, holes in walls/doors and we found parts of a syringe in one of the beds. Front desk refused to let us move to another room or refund the stay.

The pictures are old and misleading. The place is a dump and looks nothing like its advertised. The lobby is bare and smells like mildew. The floors and mirrors in the the rooms were not cleaned, the beds were just thrown together. It seems the mattresses have been there since the place opened, you can feel every spring. No housekeeping, we had the same towels the entire stay and our trash can was overflowing. I was also locked out of my room every afternoon and to go stand in line in the lobby to get my keycard fixed. You couldn' t pay me to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable room. Nice hot shower. Great heating system for these cold days in Florida. Office personnel helpful and polite. Great food walking distance. Excellent, accessible location. Very reasonable prices. Positive experience.

We do not this hotel, the carpet smell very bad, the bathroom floor was very sticky. And everything looks old. Need some love.

Wasn’t the best had to change room but they made it right

Rooms were not well cleaned and there was mold in the bathroom

parking lot was absolute trash, the air conditioner works good though. all day and night i could hear everything from all the other rooms, and it was disgusting. bathroom was dirty and floors. wont be going back. the staff lady was nice though.

Not all all. There qas mold on the plastic chair, under the lampshade, on the boxsprong when checking for bed bugs, algea in the pool, worn plastic chairs at the pool.
