I only stayed one night, but the front desk staff was great. They upgraded me to a higher floor where I could see the Bellagio fountains, and the night view was unbeatable. The hotel's second floor has a dining area with several restaurants. For breakfast, we went to Eggslut; we waited about half an hour, but it was really delicious.

One of the worst luxury hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Clogged shower drain, cracked sink, hair left in the bathroom, terrible maintenance response, and a front desk that couldn’t care less. Charging five-star prices while delivering motel-level standards is simply unacceptable. The room was very spacious for one person, and the view outside was stunning. However, the amenities were quite limited. You had to pay extra for many things, even a kettle to make tea, which cost over $12. Because of this, I would say the hotel is more suitable for a short one-night stay. The check-in and check-out lines were also quite long, with a wait of about 10–20 minutes.

The room amenities are a bit dated, and broken items haven't been fixed, but it seems there aren't many newer hotels in Vegas anyway. It's still pretty good value for money on weekdays. The 'sandwich trick' (tipping at check-in) still works effectively to get resort and parking fees waived. I wouldn't recommend the buffet; for the same price, you could get a much better buffet in China. It's really not worth it, and genuinely not tasty.
