Stayed for 3 nights.
There were a few minor issues during my stay.
First, the room key I received at check-in was incorrectly programmed—it was actually registered to a different room. The following evening, the card stopped working altogether and had to be reissued. This raised some concerns about the hotel’s security management.
The cleanliness of the room was acceptable considering the price. However, I would at least expect clean towels. The bath towel provided had several large brown stains. I would rather not imagine what they might have been.
The meals were fairly decent from a foreign guest’s perspective. They seemed to reflect local home-style cooking, which added a sense of authenticity.
The location is also a plus. It’s not in a typical resort area, but that gives it a calm, local atmosphere. Tourist spots are still within easy reach, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

I booked a room for myself and my family. I requested a cot in the room which upon arrival they made me aware there are no cots available. However I requested this 2 days before the booking and it was approved. The lady on the desk is stuck up and comes across as rude. She finally said she could provide us with a cot 'from another hotel' when we finally went to the room, the cot was already present with dirty brown stains all over the mattress. Which is very unhygienic for my baby. I then requested sheets which I put myself on the baby bed. We stayed for 3 nights and the first time we asked the room to be cleaned they folded the same dirty towels and put them in the room, they made the bed and did not clean the floors or empty the bins in the room or bathroom. When you ask for something they take 15 mins to bring it up to your room. The breakfast is awful and cold. The ceiling has black stuff falling off constantly. The bed was so creaky as soon as you sit on it, it was difficult to stay in a room like this with my family. I had a poor experience with my family and would not recommend to anyone. Unless you want to waste your money.

From the moment we stepped into this hotel, we knew we had found something extraordinary. The highlight of our stay was without a doubt Seçkin at the front desk – a truly classy gentleman whose warmth, professionalism, and exceptional management made us feel instantly at home. His hospitality is beyond words, and thanks to him, we enjoyed an incredible upgrade to a room that was simply stunning.
Breakfast here is absolutely outstanding – fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The location is perfect: just a short stroll from the ocean, a few minutes from the Old City, and in a very safe, central area.
We have stayed in countless hotels around the world, but this one stands out as truly exceptional in every way. The combination of elegant comfort, flawless service, and warm human connection is rare to find. We are so happy to have discovered this gem in Antalya, and we can say without hesitation: we will be back very soon. This hotel now has us as loyal customers!

• The staff is polite, helpful, always ready, and quickly responds to any requests.
• The breakfast is delicious and varied - fresh fruit, hot dishes, pastries, coffee.
• The service is at a good level: the rooms were cleaned regularly, everything was clean and tidy.
• The location is convenient, the atmosphere is calm, and the stay is comfortable.
Overall, the hotel left a good impression. We can say that.
