Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa

Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, the room was surprisingly quiet despite the central location. The decor was lovely, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We even got to sit down while checking in, which was a nice touch. They also gave us two complimentary drink vouchers for the rooftop bar, which had fantastic views. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be that the breakfast was just okay.

The facilities are a bit dated, but the service and location are excellent. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, and the rooftop night view was fantastic. Communication in English was no problem at all.

Absolutely perfect! The welcome drink, complimentary drinks at the bar, and free mini-bar in the room, plus the luggage assistance, were all such thoughtful touches. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and the room environment was also excellent, very stylishly decorated. Highly recommend the tap water!

The hotel is located in the old town, surrounded by many small shops, and just a 3-minute walk to 'Train Street'. It's also very convenient to get to attractions by Grab (taxi). We booked a triple room (without breakfast), which was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant with delicious food, and the breakfast spread is generous. There's a spa in the basement offering reasonably priced massages. There's also a small pool perfect for cooling down, though it might be a bit small for serious swimming. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions. The staff are helpful, and the room is clean and comfortable with a convenient bed. There's an elevator. There's a pool, and we had it all to ourselves. They also provide a map of the area with descriptions.

I really loved the room's decor. The bed was huge, and the soundproofing was excellent. It's conveniently located for getting around, and the restaurant is good too. All the staff spoke great English!

The service isn't very accommodating and communication can be difficult.
