Yes we were welcomed our dog on the property. And the breakfast was excellent especially for the price.

Room didn’t seem to have heat but it wasn’t that cold out there was an electric space heater

Very nice, antique inn. The innkeeper, Rick Farrick was very helpful and welcoming. Great central location in Newport with a good number of restaurants immediately in the area - walkable, even in February!

Was a great time and a very nice stay! Room was comfortable and spacious!

Peeling paint, light and exhaust fan in bathroom non-functional, plastic sheeting over the windows that were covered with wrinkled sheer curtains, space heater for heat, uncomfortable, lumpy mattress, dirty floors. Pricy for its condition. Only redeeming quality is location.

Perhaps repair towel bar in bathroom, fix water faucet in bathroom, have space heater already in room instead of guests carrying in to room.

Rick was great!! Hospitable, kind, informative. Rooms were super clean, breakfast was delicious! Rick accommodated us with whatever we needed. Will definitely be back!!

The room was clean. The hotel was accommodating and moved us to a location that was closer to the wedding venue. Super easy to walk downtown and over to the Cliff Walk! Definitely recommend.

The owner is running a scam that I can’t quite figure out. I have to shorten the story due to space but he told me that I had booked the cheapest room and that I probably wasn’t going to like the room. He showed me a handwritten $ but it was far less than what I paid through ******* and he just shrugged and said you never know what ythrough *******. So he brings us down into the basement! The first room was awful. He then led us down a corridor to another. It’s not a nice basement and is clearly unsafe. He ended up showing us a room i
