This was our first stay at this hotel. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and how quiet it was. We plan to stay here again.

Our family’s second time at Halepuna. Location is great, steps from Waikiki and easy access to everywhere. Has a great infinity pool and hot tub on the 8th floor but not overcrowded like some other hotels. Will stay again next time.

ハレプナはまだ新しく、内装はとても綺麗です。
お部屋も清潔で、シャワーの水圧も文句なしです。預けた荷物は部屋まで持ってきて下さりサービスもよいです。
アメニティは部屋に置かれてませんがフロントに頼めば持ってきてくれるようです。立地はシェラトンとロイヤルハワイアンセンター、ロイヤルハワイアンホテルの裏にあり目立たないもののすごく便利です

Hawaii住過的最差的酒店沒有之一，因為國際航班到的相對早，大概11點多到前台check-in，遇到一個極其mean且種族歧視的亞裔女前台，很兇的白眼跟我們説至少下午三點才能check-in（四季都不需要那麼久），而且是那種態度極其不屑的表情。因為坐了八九個小時的航班，很想用一下spa中心洗個澡，結果前台説沒有，有個locker room可以借用，上樓一看就是個公共廁所一樣的還不如大學宿舍的房間，而且很臟很噁心。放棄了，一直等到我們在酒店lobby睡着，也沒有通知我們房間好了。下午2:55分去問房間是否好了，這位亞裔女前台白了我們一眼説“不好意思還有5分鐘才三點”。很生氣都準備要投訴了，她才説去check下，然後就拿着鑰匙出來了。不是故意的我都不信。且房間設施極其簡陋。整體衞生非常臟（有次電梯的地面都是撒的油），大躺沙發也很臟很噁心。總之絕不會再來。僅供避雷參考。懷疑好評都是刷出來的。
