Great hotel, very clean and nice rooms with air conditioning. Breakfast was delicious too. Regarding the location it is at the outside of Reims and the tram to the city center is 10min by foot. The only point to improve is the gym it is too small and would need air conditioning.

The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink. A bad experience. Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there. Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing. Management should be fired immediatly.. Personal of the hotel was very nice. But.......
