Was to have a king size bed but told they didn't have any. They did give us a $50 coupon for the restaurant. TV didn't work. Took 2 men to get it working. Took 1 hour

Staff was very friendly. The environment was welcoming and pleasant. I was in town visiting friends for the taco festival and decided to stay the night here. Upon arrival I noticed hairs on the bed and a stale smell in the king size room. I immediately went to the front desk and the lady upfront handled it and told the housekeeper to put fresh sheets etc on the bed. Later, when I arrived to freshen up I could tell the housekeeper just wiped off the top with her hand. I took videos of before and after to make sure just in case. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to say anything. When my night was over and I was ready to settle in I went to lay down and noticed the same hairs on the sides of the bed. (Same ones she dusted off) So, I pulled back the comforter and behold lots of black crumbs, debris, and hairs. Also, on the pillows. Then I noticed fresh stains on top of the comforter. It was absolutely disgusting! How lazy and gross to think that it is okay to cover that up with a sheet? As if no one would notice. It’s nasty and unsanitary. One job to do and refuse to do it. Even after a complaint and was told to redo it. I paid $200 for the night and it definitely wasn’t worth the stress. I had to call front desk to get fresh sheets to throw on top of the funk just to lay my head down to sleep. I understand that housekeeping is a lot of work, but that’s the job that you signed up for and are getting paid for. Why not do it the right way? I would have slept better at a 2 star

If going to the ford center, this hotel is amazing. The staff was fantastic. The room was very nice. And the price was great!! Highly recommend.

No free breakfast with stay!! $17.50 to park for 1 night. Parking garage was not connected to the Hotel. Our bed had a nasty stain on the mattress along the bottom.

The check-in process was chaotic. There were clearly some issues the staff were dealing with and that frustration was passed onto the guest checking in. The computer crashed mid check-in which caused more issues. We came back “after hours” and tried to use the doorbell to get in the front door and it did not work. We needed up having to pound in the front glass to get someone to let us in. The gentleman that came to let us in was in his cell phone and seemed annoyed that we didn’t use the doorbell. We told him he did t work and then he tried it a few times before we were able to get in. Also, the elevators seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time. The room was nice but the experience getting there was rough.

I had seen some reviews that made me nervous. But our 2 rooms were clean, staff was kind and helpful, and cookies were amazing as always! I would stay there again.

Be aware! Cleaning poor, bugs!! Staff seemed nice but wouldn't refund fully because I didn't give required notice for check out. Had to toss stuff in addition to lost money from bugs!!!!! ********** offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again.

The room needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. Special attention needed to the fold out chair/bed and the desk chair, as they both needed crumbs vacuumed and upholstered fold-out chair/bed upholstery needs spot cleaned. In-shower built in soap holders need to be cleaned of grime and dried soap residue. In room coffee maker contained standing water and we did not use it. Breakfast was very good, waitress very friendly and efficient. Check in and check out staff were very good. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.
