The kitchen was really sticky and the floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed or mopped. The mattress was uncomfortable to sleep in. Thankfully we weren’t in the room for long periods.

Staff very friendly especially Sardia, Kitchen staff, great variety of foods, tasty. Room well kept

This is a sad place to be. I was lost finding my way to the assigned room given the apartment style facility and had to ask for a map. A direct sidewalk to my suite was not accessible. Although clean, the pillows were clumps of wanting to be more and there were pronounced stains on the carpet. I travel frequently and was looking for an affordable place to rest for a nite. This was not a pleasant option.

Room was about a 5 1/2 lady at the office name ms Parker I think, she has a very very nasty additude. The overnight guy was very very nice he was the reason I stayed there. Once 7am shift change came the lady that works that shift she is so mean she told me she makes any reason up to take customers deposits. Other then that everything else was a 3 star. House keeping ladies gives bad looks and never speak only one lady she was so sweet.

Yes, but it wasn’t clear there was a $75 charge for a dog. When I went back to the front desk to get a second room key I had to wait behind 2 arriving customers to complete all the check-in paperwork before she could give me a second key.

Great landscaping and breakfast! Though tidy, the room was a little dirty, some grossness. Pizza boxes left in the oven. Mouse droppings under kitchen sink. Walls and laminated menu with splattered gunk. Carpet badly stained in places. One of the lamps had a shade hanging on barely. Looked like someone had quite a party! Great spaces and potential, but need to get a handle on cleanliness.

Only thing I would change is to have the dumpster closer, but that had more to do with my room location…
