The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. It's clearly a newly built hotel, as many airline crews are staying there. The hygiene is good, and the facilities are standard, similar to what you'd find at a Doya hotel in China. However, the window in our room was extremely small. No sunlight came in all day, making it very dark. We considered asking to change rooms, but since we were out all day and only came back to sleep at night, we decided against it.

The hotel is great . Location is very near to central station and the Hotle gave me a spelling wine for my anniversary. Great gesture from them.

The room was comfortable, and the location was super convenient, right by the central station. We could walk to trains, subways, and buses in just a few minutes. The gym had advanced facilities, and there's an outdoor pool. Staff were friendly, and breakfast was plentiful.

This hotel was both the starting and ending point of our Australia trip, and we stayed for a total of four nights. It offers great value for money and the location is quite good, making it easy to walk to the CBD. Both times we checked in, we were lucky enough to have a Chinese-speaking front desk attendant, who was very kind. The rooms are clean and tidy. Friends visiting Brisbane should definitely consider this hotel.

There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived at 5pm. After 5 minutes, a female staff member named Kayla came out and helped a man because the man hadn't bought a travel adapter and couldn't connect to WiFi because of his phone problem. My family hadn't been kept standing and waited for 10 minutes because of no staff and later just one staff helping other's personal problems. Then Kayla started serving my family to check in. But it's another magical 25-minute process. She got my info and card tapped for deposit within 5 minutes. I thought very soon my room key cards will be given to me. But I then have to stand and keep looking at the back of the desktop computer she is using for 15 minutes. She pressed many buttons on the keyboard. But all my family members feel she is not good at IT. Later, two male and another smart female staff are out and help other customers to complete the check-ins. Those entered later than me can get the room key cards earlier because other staff are far more efficient than Kayla. While the two male staff are helping the man's phone connection to WiFi, Kayla put me aside and joined the two male staff to look at the phone. I was shocked how Kayla can keep me standing for 40 minutes and go away without giving me the room key cards. I told Kayla I'm in a hurry then it seems that's the moment she started working for my room key. Finally, I got the key 5 minutes later. I spent only two nights in Brisbane and this 45-minute check-in had already took a large part of my holiday. Maybe this is Kayla's way to keep people spending time in Brisbane and in her hotel.

The room was quite spacious, and the bed could easily fit two people (one adult and one child). The pool was a bit cold for the season. It's a shame there's no balcony. The location is great, with a supermarket nearby, and it's within walking distance to the ferry terminal. From there, it's just two stops on the CityCat to South Bank Park.

This hotel has been recently renovated, so it's very new. Although the rooms aren't large, they are well-equipped, and I'm satisfied with the facilities. The hotel's location isn't far from City Hall, Queen Street, and South Bank; you can walk there easily. Choosing different routes allows you to pass by various attractions like Anzac Square and different churches. I don't think the location is remote at all. The hotel's main entrance is on a slope, and honestly, whether driving or walking, that area can be a bit confusing. If you're calling a taxi, I recommend setting the location to the hotel's back entrance (there's no actual door, it's where the breakfast restaurant is, keyword: Two Donkeys), as the road is much easier to navigate there. As for the hotel breakfast, well, it's filling, but it feels like Western breakfast prepared by an Asian chef, so it's not very authentic. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I still recommend it.

The bedding was super comfortable, and it was very quiet. I especially loved the breakfast; you could order various egg dishes, which were included and absolutely delicious. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's about a 6-minute walk from the central station after taking the train from the airport. The service was great – we arrived early, and they let us check in ahead of time since a room was available. The room was spacious and clean, and I was very happy with everything, including the bedding and bathroom amenities. It wasn't noisy at night, so I slept well, and the breakfast was decent. This price was much better than what I found on several international platforms. I would definitely stay here again.
