The hotel, staff, and food were phenomenal. The staff made sure my colleagues and I felt comfortable and at home. They worked incredibly hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible and by the end we all felt like family. The location of the hotel is great too, there is a mall, cute cafes, shawarma shops, a grocery store and a local market within walking distance, which also allows you to experience the beauty of Madaba!

The staff were so kind and helpful. They will take care of any of your needs. They were suck a delight to meet and know. Truly some of the most beautiful people. So much love to Nadia and Ahmed as well as everyone there.

I stayed at the Rumman for 4+ weeks and really enjoyed my experience. Rooms and common areas are very nice and the whole building is kept very clean. The meals we had there were amazing and the staff is extremely attentive. Beautiful view from the roof. Would love to stay at the Rumman again someday.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and cannot go out of their way to help you enough. It is spotlessly clean and the chef is one of the best cooks in Jordan. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is close to everything you will want to do in Madaba but is also a good stopping point flying in and out of Jordan.

Staff very friendly & helpful, hotel very clean & comfortable, breakfast included in the price, walked to restaurant, felt very safe in Madaba great place to stay for my last night in Jordan before flying next day, would recommend this hotel.

Best place in Madaba Nice ambiance and really nice staff ! The hotel is in the center of the town close to all the city’s places of interest. Good breakfast , very clean hotel, confortable rooms and good service. Very good value for money.

In transito da Madaba, soggiorniamo due notti in questa struttura: camere ampie e abbastanza pulite, tutto funziona bene. Connessione wi fi abbastanza buona. La colazione è basica, sbilanciata sul salato, ma in linea con il livello della struttura.
