Birkin International Hotel

Hotel was quite new but still room of improvement on upkeep n maintenance. Staffs are very friendly n helpful too. Give plus point to their security cos I saw them patrolling the carpark n hotel area checking n taking photos as well a few times in a day. Will definitely go back again soon

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but the highlight of the trip was definitely the exceptional service at the front desk. The receptionist was extraordinarily welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

I really loved staying here! The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. 👍🏻 I forgot to request room decorations for our anniversary in advance, but fortunately, the staff were kind enough to accommodate my request. They surprised us with simple decorations and a complimentary cake, which made our special day even happier and more memorable. 🥰🎂 A special shout-out to Ms Ima, Ms Izza, Ms Aisha & Ms Betty for your great service. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your kindness truly means a lot to us. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We also loved the view! We were lucky enough to enjoy views of the town, the sea, and the surrounding Klebang area. 🌊✨ Lastly, I really loved the breafast options & taste, it was variety and good quality of food 😍 I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay. ❤️

Easy check in and out, friendly staff, responsive too. We asked to help with a clogging issue at the toilet, came almost immediately. Free parking, easy access to everywhere in Melaka. Free minibar, room is clean and new!

Nice room , view also nice . The reception give me the room are quiet and calm . But the view still perfect

The hotel is new, with great facilities and a convenient location. There is also ample parking space. Our room was very big and spacious, with two king-sized beds that were extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were provided, and we even received a complimentary minibar. The only downside was that the toilet was quite dirty, and we had to ask the housekeeping staff to clean it. Aisha, the person in charge at the lobby, was very helpful, lovely, and friendly. She also welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a cold towel. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, including Malaysian breakfast dishes, Western options, pastries, and fruits. Loved it!
