We had a pleasant stay overall. The breakfast was nice, although it would be great if the menu could be alternated rather than serving the same items on consecutive days. There wasn’t a huge variety, but it was still enjoyable, and I especially loved the egg tarts! The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, unfortunately, there was a noticeable urine smell in the toilet, which made us feel that it may not have been cleaned thoroughly. I’m not sure what the housekeeping protocol is, but it would be great if the toilet could be properly scrubbed and disinfected after each guest for better hygiene and freshness. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with our requests. We really appreciated their warm service. Thank you very much for making our stay a pleasant one. We would definitely consider staying again, and we hope the toilet-cleaning situation can be improved for future stay.

Beautuful nice spacious cozy room, upgrades available at counter if you ask. Cleaniless great, kids club and swimming pool good for kids except water abit on the chill side. Towels available and all staff very friendly and helpful unlike Kuantan swiss belhotel. Location good and bad. Good is very to mocity for kids fun and night market. Bad is the jam and night time has motorcycle. For families with kids, you will need to keep call housekeeping for water as one time they only give 4-6 bottles. Bath towels also need to ask for extra as room only provide 2. Toilet has the auto wash sensor nice feature.

It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!

A lovely hotel with very polite staff. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the bathroom amenities were complete; however, housekeeping was a bit slow to deliver requested items, even though the hotel wasn't particularly busy. The breakfast was delicious. Apart from that, everything was fine. Perhaps the hotel could improve its housekeeping service.

We found a used condom packet within our blanket and comforter sheets. House keeping probably did not even change the sheets? In addition found cigarettes on the balcony belonging to previous room users. Sofa and carpet stained. Unacceptable for a hotel with a luxury tag. Glen Chee

The location is good, nice view and closed to some attractions. The room is not that clean. When we checked in, the balcony is with cigarette box and butt all over the corner of the balcony. The toilet is not clean, got pee stain on the toilet bowl.

Great experience and it was my first time staying here. The staff at the reception, especially Noor Ain, was very kind and even upgraded my room. Thank you so much for making my stay extra special! Overall, I was very happy with the facilities and the excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back again.
